Overview
Zero to AI is a digital-first education and technology platform offering intangible services such as AI courses, workshops, consulting, tools, templates, strategic resources, and learning materials.
No physical products are shipped. All deliverables are provided digitally through email, dashboards, learning portals, shared drives, or other agreed digital channels.
Service Delivery Method
Deliverables may include (but are not limited to):
- Course access and learning modules
- Training sessions (live or recorded)
- Documents, frameworks, templates, and toolkits
- Platform access, dashboards, or AI tools
- Consultation sessions and reports
Delivery is considered complete once:
- Access is granted to the relevant platform or content, or
- Files/resources are shared digitally, or
- Services are activated as agreed
A confirmation of delivery or access details will be sent to the user’s registered email address.
Delivery Timelines
Estimated delivery timelines are shared at the time of purchase, onboarding, or via official communication.
Typical timelines include:
- Course / Platform Access: Immediate to 24 hours after successful payment
- Live Workshops / Sessions: As per scheduled dates
- Recorded Content / Resources: 1–3 business days
- Consulting / Custom Deliverables: As defined in the proposal or agreement
Timelines may vary depending on service type, availability, and user responsiveness.
User Responsibilities & Dependencies
To ensure smooth and timely delivery, users are responsible for:
- Providing accurate contact details
- Completing onboarding steps (if applicable)
- Sharing required inputs or approvals on time
Delays caused by incomplete information, delayed responses, or access issues may extend delivery timelines. Zero to AI is not responsible for delays beyond our reasonable control.
Service Availability by Location
All Zero to AI services are delivered online and are accessible globally, subject to applicable laws, regulations, platform policies, and regional restrictions.
Time zone considerations for live sessions or support will be clearly communicated in advance.
Revisions, Updates & Access
Where applicable, the scope of revisions, updates, or iterations will be specified in the product description, course outline, or agreement.
Additional requests outside the defined scope may impact timelines or pricing and will be handled only with user confirmation.
Non-Delivery or Access Issues
If you do not receive access or deliverables due to technical issues (such as email delivery failures or login errors), please contact us within 3 business days of the expected delivery date.
We will make reasonable efforts to re-share content or restore access. Zero to AI is not liable for service interruptions caused by third-party platforms, system outages, or force majeure events.
Proof of Delivery
The following may serve as proof of delivery:
- Email confirmations
- Platform access logs
- Shared resource timestamps
- Dashboard or system access records
For live sessions or activations, attendance records or access logs may be provided upon request.
